  • What is the license model for Comstice solutions?

    Usually, the license is for the concurrent agents / sessions or named agents.

  • What platforms these solutions run on?

    All the Comstice solutions run on LinuxVM either asa Docker container or as Kubernetes Pods.

  • Do I need additional licenses in my contact center to use Comstice Solutions?

    If you are using Cisco Outbound module, you need outbound agent licenses. For other solutions, you just need to have Cisco Finesse Agent licenses. For IVR with ASR and TTS, you should confirm whether your CVP contract requires any additional license for MRCP.

  • Can I run the entire solution offline, on my network?

    Yes. All the Comstice solutions are designed to run on-premises or on your private cloud. Comstice can host the solutions on its highly redundant cloud services.

  • How long does it take to set up, test and go live?

    Usually, it takes around 5-10 business days, depending on the size of your contact center. The rest depends on your internal processes for the validation, security audit and testing. Sample project plan is available on product data sheets.

  • Does the mobile softphone include VoIP?

    Yes. Comstice Mobile softphone app is a VoIP app which also includes Finesse login, state change and call control features. It supports both UCCX and UCCE.
