Comstice Inc. SMS & WhatsApp Messaging Terms and Consent Policy

Effective date: January 3, 2026

Last updated: August 5, 2026

These Customer Support SMS Messaging Terms (“Messaging Terms”) govern the customer-support text messaging program operated by Comstice Inc. (“Comstice,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) using the U.S. telephone number +1 689-302-0066 (the “SMS Support Program”).

These Messaging Terms apply only to the SMS Support Program described below. They do not enroll you in marketing, sales, promotional, or recurring broadcast messages.

1. Program Description

Comstice publishes +1 689-302-0066 on its public website so customers and other end users can initiate customer-support conversations by text message.

Messages sent through the SMS Support Program may include:

  • Acknowledgement of a customer-initiated support request
  • Troubleshooting assistance
  • Questions requesting additional information about the reported issue
  • Support ticket or case updates
  • Service information directly related to the inquiry
  • Appointment or remote-support coordination related to the inquiry
  • Follow-up messages concerning the same support request

The SMS Support Program is not used for advertising, promotions, lead generation, cold outreach, purchased contact lists, or recurring marketing campaigns.

2. How You Consent

You consent to receive customer-support text message replies from Comstice by voluntarily sending an SMS message to +1 689-302-0066.

Your consent applies only to messages that are directly related to the support inquiry you initiated and reasonable follow-up concerning that inquiry. Sending a support text does not subscribe you to marketing or promotional messages.

Consent to receive SMS support messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies according to the nature of your inquiry, the information needed to assist you, and the duration of the support conversation.

The SMS Support Program does not send messages on a fixed recurring schedule. Comstice sends only the messages reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on your customer-support request.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply

Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent to or received from Comstice according to your mobile service plan. Comstice does not charge a separate fee for participation in the SMS Support Program.

5. Opting Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages from this number at any time by replying STOP.

Twilio or your carrier may also recognize equivalent opt-out commands, including STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Comstice will not send further SMS messages to that number unless you later provide new consent, such as by replying START, where supported, or by otherwise requesting that SMS support resume.

Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from contacting Comstice through other available support channels.

6. Help

For assistance with the SMS Support Program, reply HELP or visit https://comstice.com.

7. Privacy

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Comstice does not charge additional fees for SMS or WhatsApp communications.

7. Opting Out

Comstice handles information associated with the SMS Support Program according to the https://comstice.com/messaging-privacy.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent records, and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Comstice may use service providers, including telecommunications and messaging-platform providers, solely as necessary to transmit, deliver, secure, maintain, and support the SMS Support Program.

8. Appropriate Use

When using the SMS Support Program, you agree not to send:

  • Unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing content
  • Spam, malware, malicious code, or harmful links
  • Content that infringes another person’s rights
  • Passwords, complete payment-card information, or other highly sensitive credentials
  • Content unrelated to a legitimate Comstice customer-support inquiry

Comstice may restrict or discontinue SMS communications where misuse, security risk, abuse, or unlawful activity is identified.

9. Availability and Delivery

SMS service may not be available through every carrier, device, plan, or location. Message delivery and timing are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier filtering, network availability, device settings, system outages, or other factors outside Comstice’s control.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes to These Terms

Comstice may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted at https://comstice.com/messaging-terms.with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the SMS Support Program after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Messaging Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
