Three Levels of AI Voice Assistant
- Simple IVR Commands: "Connect me to Finance department" or "Online Sales Support"
- Canned Questions:"What is my renewal date?" or "Where is my parcel? Reference number: TA09230923"
- Long Conversations: "I have this dishwasher model G092 T. Top shelf is not cleaning as expected. What should I check?"
Levels 1 and 2 can be handled using local CPU resources. Level 3 may require LLM service subscriptions such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Otherwise, local or cloud GPUs will be used to train and run the LLMs.
Fine Tuning LLMs
Fine turning is the process of training generic LLMs using knowledge base articles, processed customer call transcripts from your call recordings and pdf documents available.
