    It is a modular customer service platform that you can pick and choose the services you need or fully integrate your customer service into it. Comstice Orbit service is based on three pillars; generative AI-based automation, maximum data privacy and the best high availability scores in the cloud contact center industry.

  • What makes Comstice Orbit different than the other cloud contact center services such as Genesys, NICE CXOne, and Five9?
    • Many cloud contact center services reportedly suffer from high downtime. Comstice Orbit uses Amazon Connect infrastructure and the downtime is minimal.
    • Each customer instance is isolated, therefore there is no shared database, diskspace or other elements that may cause data privacy risks.

    Yes. Each Comstice Orbit service is designed to be run on-premises. Comstice Orbit services are running as Docker containers so they are modular and they can be run on premises.

    Yes. Comstice Orbit offers all the customer service and enterprise telephony features that you may have in your existing IP-PBX in the cloud.

  • Which CRM Platforms are supported in Comstice Orbit?

    Comstice Orbit integrates with any CRM platform that offers RESTFul APIs to access contacts, activities, tasks and activity history. If there is data only available in a database without any RESFul APIs, Comstice can create APIs to access this data as well.

  • Can Comstice Orbit help to reduce my CRM Costs?

    CRM services often have low barrier to entry in terms of cost. However, as your business grows in the CRM platform, your CRM costs will increase exponentially. New technologies help to create CRM features privately and eventually keep your costs under control while rolling out new features using AI.

  • How dies Comstice Orbit AI help our business?

    Comstice Orbit AI features help to improve your operations in the following areas; higher performing self-service AI with ASR and TTS that uses locally run LLM models. These models are pre-trained for Customer Service. AI is used for handling, webchat, SMS, whatsapp requests. AI is also used for responding customer emails. Finally Voice AI Bots are used to handle customer calls in AI.
