Comstice Attendant Console IPad app works as a Cisco Finesse Client with a built-in SIP Phone for the VoIP calls. It works in an wi-fi network that has access to your Cisco UCCX or UCCE servers.
Agent can monitor multiple pilot numbers by scolling the right pane on the app. Once tapped, the call is sent to attendant app.
Comstice Attendant can access the Corporate Directory and also can create new entries or save numbers from Corporate Directory to her personal phone book.
Where available, attendant can also see the presence information of the end user. Attendant can drag the active call to the contact window and do direct or consult transfer.
Attendant app responds to various gestures and dynamic assigments.The color coding in the queue information makes agent to slide and view the calls waiting.
